2. Notification and Removal

While the Corporation has taken every reasonable measure to ensure that all content disseminated does not violate the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party, the possibility of such violation cannot be entirely eradicated.

Any third party who recognizes any content belonging to them that the Corporation has utilized without the required approval should communicate with the Corporation using the procedures detailed herein.

3. Notification Procedure

If you detect any material protected by Intellectual Property Rights belonging to you in any content disseminated by the Corporation, please contact us using the form below and include:

• Your identification and contact details
• Details of the content you believe to be violating (e.g., URLs, screenshots, copies)
• Details of the alleged violation
• Evidence of your rights over the material (e.g., proof of ownership or authorization)

The Corporation shall confirm receipt of all Notifications within 7 Operational Days.

4. Evaluation and Removal

Upon receipt of a Notification, the Corporation shall evaluate the alleged violation. If it is deemed legitimate, the material will be taken down pending investigation. We may contact the original content supplier and seek legal advice if necessary. We will inform you of the outcome and discuss a resolution.

5. Settlement of Complaints

The Corporation will seek to resolve complaints fairly, with possible outcomes including:

• No violation found – material remains unaltered
• Material replaced without changes (free license or paid license)
• Material replaced with modifications
• Material removed and not republished

If unresolved and legal proceedings are initiated, the material will remain removed, and the case will be resolved as per the law.

6. Modifications to this Policy and Procedure

The Corporation may modify this Policy from time to time as deemed necessary or as required by law.
